Pranayama, or breathwork, is a powerful tool for calming the mind and balancing the nervous system. Through intentional breathing techniques, you'll cultivate inner peace, clarity, and vitality. Pranayama also helps to increase energy levels, improve focus, and promote emotional well-being.
